This year’s Future Forces Forum 2024, which took place on 16-18 October at the PVA Letňany Exhibition Centre, once again brought a unique opportunity for professionals, researchers and enthusiasts in the field of defence, security and advanced technologies. For the first time, as a member of the Defence and Security Industry Association, PEI / Genesis Ltd. was proud to be part of this prestigious forum where experts and visionaries from around the world meet to discuss and present the latest innovations.
Although we had a modest but strategically located stand, we shared our position with leading representatives of the Czech defence industry. Our goal was to establish new business contacts with leading military equipment manufacturers and to introduce our growing portfolio of products and services to our colleagues in the association.
New connectors and solutions for extreme environments
Our presentation at the Future Forces Forum included, for example, the Polatis all-optical switch, or a wide portfolio of connectors and cable solutions designed for use in extreme environments. We showed how our products meet stringent safety and reliability requirements, even in the most demanding environments. Key products included highly durable connectors designed specifically for the defence industry, ensuring maximum functionality even in extreme temperatures and harsh conditions.
The future of our products in the context of security and defence
At the fair, we met a wide range of professionals and had the opportunity to discuss how our products can contribute to the further development of defence and security systems. Thanks to the wide range of customizable solutions that PEI-Genesis offers, we can better respond to our customers’ specific requirements and tailor our products.
What is Future Forces Forum?
Future Forces Forum is a respected international platform for cooperation and information exchange in the field of defence and security, supporting the strategic objectives of NATO, EU and other member and partner countries. The event is held annually under the auspices of the President of the Czech Republic and the Government of the Czech Republic and is conducted in close cooperation with the armed and security forces, NATO, EDA and other key organisations.
Future Forces Forum is dedicated to presenting the current and future needs of the armed and security forces, the latest technologies and research projects. The Forum promotes interaction between military, civilian and industrial sectors to enhance defence and security cooperation at national and global levels and to achieve greater interoperability in joint operations across domains.
