We would like to remind you again of the gradual elimination of the second generation chassis and fiber trays.

With a focus on innovation and differentiation, it was essential for PEI-Genesis and HUBER+SUHNER to stay one step ahead of the competition. In the last three years, many activities have been carried out around the successful LISA system. Most of our customers have successfully switched or are in the process of switching to the third generation, while the second generation is being sold.

The second generation chassis and fiber trays are still available for purchase until the end of the year, after the new year it will be possible to order while stocks last.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

We would also like to point out to our customers who are still using first generation chassis that it is not recommended to complete first generation chassis with second or third generation cassettes.

So we’ll be happy to help you replace older versions with new ones!

How do you do that?

Schedule an appointment with our technicians or book a mini-audit where a full inspection can be performed and next steps recommended.

Or come to our workshop where you will learn about IANOS or LiSA and other HUBER+SUHNER products.

To further optimize our portfolio, the management of the FDC division has decided that LISA color cartridges and second-generation chassis will be eliminated by the end of 2019.

As a result of this decision, the supply chain will ensure regular production of second-generation items by the end of this year. Last orders will be possible in October/November 2019, if components are available. All second generation items and components will be removed by the end of December 2019. Buying stock and storing it in our warehouse will not be supported.

Summary:
