Processing of personal data
Who are we?
PEI / Genesis s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as PEI-Genesis) is a limited liability company with registered office at Postoloprtská 2675, Louny, 440 01, with registration number: 25110241 , which is registered with the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem under the mark C 50747.
The subject of business is production, trade and services not specified in annexes 1 to 3 trade act.
This policy sets out the obligations, rules and rights under which we process your personal data collected from you or others. Please read this policy carefully.

What data do we process and how?
- When you communicate with us by phone, email or post, we work with your contact details.
- When you apply for a job, you usually submit a CV that includes personal details such as your name, home address, email, phone number or photo, etc. We ask that you do not disclose sensitive personal data in your application.
- We divide all the data you leave us in the course of browsing our website into two groups in case of enquiries or use of our services and products:
1) Anonymous
2) Non-anonymised
Depending on the group to which the data belong, we treat them as follows:
Anonymised data
are such data and information which cannot be used in any way or by simple pairing or combination of these data to identify the person to whom they belong. We process anonymised data, such as cookies, device identifiers, web browsing records, IP addresses, date and time of visit or use of our services and websites, server log information (such as search queries on our website), geolocation data or personal preferences automatically in secure applications and on our own servers. We do not associate data with specific users and customers in a way that can be identified as their personal data.
Non-anonymised data
is data that can be easily paired with a specific user or customer and combined to obtain personal data about an individual. In particular, name, surname, address, age, birth number, telephone contact, e-mail address, gender, date of birth, nationality, document numbers and other…
We only process this data in secure applications that meet the requirements of the GDPR and on internal company storage with restricted access, where only trained and competent employees handle it. In hard copy form, such information is then stored in locked archives and handled by authorised and trained staff.
We then store and process all data on the basis of an internal personal data management policy, the public part of which we can provide you with on request, see your rights below, and in accordance with the requirements of ISO 27 001 Information Security Management System.
For what reasons do we process data?
We process information and personal data for three main reasons.
- Statutory grounds – record resulting from the law (e.g. contractual relationship)
- Data analysis and advertising purposes – record resulting from the operation of the activity.
- In the case of processing based on revocable consent
How long do we process the data?
We process all information and personal data according to the nature of the purpose for which it is held.
We process data for analysis, service improvement and advertising purposes on the basis of your consent for a maximum period of 10 years, unless your consent is renewed in the meantime.
We retain data collected through the website, such as cookies and records of the use of these services for a maximum of 4 years. You can limit their storage, for example, by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Information and data resulting from contractual relationships (invoices, contracts, receipts, etc.) are stored for the period of time required by law.
Data stored and processed by third parties
When using third-party applications, we ensure that data is stored and transmitted in encrypted form and that the application complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What are your rights?
As an individual, you have the following rights:
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, transfer and delete your data, unless prevented by a legislative purpose. You also have the right to obtain information about how your data is handled.
The right to object to us processing your data for direct marketing purposes, which you can exercise by using the “unsubscribe” link in the relevant marketing material.
